  • 8 oz. Neufchatel, room temperature
  • ¼ c. reduced-fat sour cream
  • ¼ tsp. hot sauce
  • ¼ tsp. Old Bay
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 oz. crab meat
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 2-3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Whole wheat crackers


  1. Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, Old Bay and garlic in a medium saucepan until smooth; season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat the cream cheese mixture over medium-low heat until warm, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes. Fold in crab meat, scallions, fresh parsley and lemon juice;
  3. warm until heated through, about 1 minute more
  4. Serve immediately
Serving size: ¼ cup is 125 calories
