2 avocados (make sure they're soft when you buy them)

2 ripe tomatoes

Fresh Cilantro

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Fresh parsley

Crushed red peppers

Lime (2 small slices)



Split the avocados down the center and scoop out the middle with a spoon. Place in mixing bowl and use a knife or an avocado masher (preferred) to mash. Chop up tomatoes into small pieces and add to bowl. Squeeze 2 small slices of lime for taste and it also helps soften avocados.  Add garlic powder, parsley, chopped fresh cilantro and crushed red peppers. (depending on spicy you like it) Stir up mixture well and place in serving bowl. Top off with a few pieces of fresh cilantro and some fresh ground pepper.

Simple, healthy guacamole.
