Fruit Cobbler

Fruit Cobbler

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 35-45 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 1/2 sticks Butter

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups whole milk

2 to3 cups of drained fruit of your choice.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt butter and pour into a 10" -12"baking dish and set aside.

Combine flour; sugar & 1/2  of the milk in a mixing bowl and stir until all is moist.

Add the rest of the milk and stir until smooth.4= pour the batter into the dish of melted butter(DO NOT STIR).

Place the drained fruit on top of the batter(DO NOT STIR).

Bake at 350F for 35 to 45 minutes or until done. Top should be golden brown.

A quick and easy cobbler using almost any fruit. Must use selfrising flour.
