Quick & Easy Chili

2 pounds ground beef

1 medium Onion, chopped (about 1 cup)

1 green bell pepper chopped

2 (14 ounce) can Essential Everyday Diced Tomatoes, undrained

1 (46 ounce) can Shoppers Value Tomato Juice

2 (1 ounce) packages Essential Everyday Chili Seasoning Mix

2 (15.5 ounce) can Essential Everyday Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

1 (4 ounce) can Carlita Diced JalapeƱos, drained, optional

Essential Everyday Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Essential Everyday Sour Cream


In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef, onions and peppers until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato juice and chili mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer. Add kidney beans, and jalapenos (optional). Simmer 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
Serve with cheese and sour cream.
